Bill Franzen
Bill Franzen manages RDR Group's marketing and sales leads department. We call this our IG department which stands for "information gathering" as his team is responsible for calling potential clients and listening to their needs. The main goal is to gather information and determine the organizations that have a desire to learn more about RDR Group. If it makes sense to the client a follow up appointment is set with an RDR sales person. Under Bill's leadership the IG Team follows a philosophy of being sure people feel comfortable as there is no purpose in setting appointments when someone is not ready. Bill embodies this mindset and is described by clients as "friendly without being pushy", "patient and professional", etc. Numerous clients have said things like, "I don't typically take sales calls, but there was something about Bill's approach that said, this is a company I want to learn about..."
