Donna Bostic

Donna Bostic is a Senior Training Specialist with RDR Group based in Southern California. Over the past twenty years, she has spoken to audiences throughout the U.S. and abroad on a variety of subjects including Leadership Development, Diversity & Change Management. She has worked at all levels in numerous companies, healthcare facilities, universities and government agencies. She earned her B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her M.A. from the University of Santa Monica. Organizations she has done training for include:

Allstate Corporation, Bank of America, Boeing Corporation, Ceridian Corporation, Cisco Systems, Home Depot, Merck Pharmaceuticals, NorthBay Healthcare, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Providence Hospitals, Southwest Airlines, Sprint Communications, and Torrance Memorial Medical.
