Doug Torvik

Doug Torvik works for RDR Group's marketing and sales leads department. We simply call it our IG (Information Gathering) team. He is responsible for calling potential clients and listening to their needs. His main goal is to gather information and determine the organizations that have a desire to learn more about RDR Group. If it makes sense to the client a follow up appointment is set with an RDR sales person. Doug follows a philosophy of being sure people feel comfortable as there is no purpose in setting appointments when someone is not ready. Many clients have commented on Doug's gentle approach and his willingness to wait for the right time.
