The E-learning option insures that all participants receive the same high-quality learning experience with the benefit of doing so at their own pace and at their own convenience.
For organizations looking to roll out training quickly, easily, and for a minimal cost E-learning is a compelling solution. The course content is divided into five 20-minute modules which participants can access from their computer. Each module is professionally narrated, with color graphics and animation. Learners interact with the material through short exercises and assessments to insure that the core concepts are grasped; and practical tips are suggested after each module for personal application. The current program content is 90 minutes of the ‘Connecting with Others’ course but the length can be customized and so can the topic—to include: ‘Developing Resilience’, ‘The Power of Trust’ or ‘Customer Satisfaction’. Each attendee receives a workbook beforehand and a certificate of completion when they test out at the conclusion of the course.
