Heidi Petersen

Heidi Petersen is a Corporate Trainer for RDR Group, who specializes in Diversity and Inclusion. Heidi got her start as an educator and after working with children for six years, decided to bring her facilitation skills and passion for diversity to a corporate setting. She received her degree in Business Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University. Organizations she has done training for include:
