The Interactive DVDs are designed to provide a training solution that is cost-effective yet retains the opportunity for personal interaction around truly critical subject material.
Clients describe the Interactive DVD as the best of all worlds. It feels like "live training" because it is a high quality video of an actual workshop but instead of just watching a screen, participants are asked to respond to questions and interact with each other around various learning modules.The current program content is a one-hour version of the "Connecting with Others" course but the length can be customized and so can the topic – to include: "Developing Resilience", "The Power of Trust" or "New Strategies for Customer Loyalty". Each attendee receives a complete workbook and the moderator is given a simple facilitator guide making it easy to lead discussions while a seasoned professional does all the teaching. Even the timeframes can be modified from a one-hour experience to a full-day.
