Rich Brandt

Rich Brandt is a Training Specialist and Managing Partner with RDR Group based in Chicago. Over the past fifteen years, he has spoken to audiences throughout the U.S. and abroad on a variety of subjects including Leadership Development, Diversity & Change Management. He has worked at all levels - including the top executive teams at General Motors, Roche Diagnostics, Kmart and Cisco Systems. He has also worked in numerous healthcare facilities, universities and government agencies. He earned his B.A. from Lake Forest College and his M.A. from Trinity International University.
