Steve McNitt

Steve McNitt is a Training Specialist with RDR Group based in Northern California. Over the last 25 years he has spoken to audiences around the country, including youth, church groups, hospitals and companies. He has spoken on a variety of subjects including Leadership, Personal Development, Diversity and a variety of Mental Health topics. He is a gifted trainer as well as a psychotherapist and Professional Life Coach. He is known for his ability to engage your staff with humor and insights. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside and his MSW from California State University, San Bernardino.
